What is Pitru Puja?
Pitru Puja is a traditional Hindu observance performed in remembrance of ancestors and as an expression of gratitude and spiritual observance.
Why do I need to provide Gotra?
Gotra is part of traditional Sankalp information. If you know your family Gotra, enter it carefully. If you do not know it, you can indicate that in the form.
Can multiple family members participate?
Yes. The Sankalp form allows up to four participating family member names.
Can I add ancestors?
Yes. Ancestor details are optional and can be added in the Sankalp form.
Is email mandatory?
No. Email is optional. WhatsApp is requested for booking communication.
Where is the service associated with?
The website presents Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh and Mahakal Mandir as the sacred location associated with the service.
What happens after payment?
Your booking details are received, and the service team coordinates the Puja and communicates through WhatsApp.
Will I receive a Puja video?
We do not promise a fixed video delivery time. After the Puja is completed, available Puja confirmation/proof will be shared through WhatsApp.
